Chapter Leads enable squads to achieve technical proficiency and excellence.

They are accountable for:

• Technical vision.
• Technical standards and best practices.
• Technical tools.
• Technical complexity and debt management.
• The Chapter’s DX.

Chapter Leads are regularly in sync with one another to make sure all chapters are aligned with Homerun Technologies' technical direction and standards.

There should be one and only one Chapter Lead per chapter; in some cases, co-leadership can be accepted.

This duty can be assigned starting from level E3.
