• Software design and architecture of the solutions to be implemented.
• Project management and status update of technical tasks.
• Engineers’ communication and collaboration.
• Cross-squads technical dependencies and relations.
• Technical balance between done and perfect.
• Technical debt management.
• Blockers removal.
• Technical estimations.
• Technical support to Product Managers.

Tech Leads excel at:

• Software design and architecture.
• Mentoring.
• Project management.
• Domain knowledge.

This duty can be assigned starting from level E2-S2.
