Tribe Leads serve as the pivotal link between squads and the organizational strategy. They support tribes - basically groups of squads - in achieving technical and product goals.

They are accountable for:

• Aligning squads’ work with company strategy.
• Supporting delivering complex projects.
• Fostering collaboration and autonomy within the squads.
• Motivating and inspiring squad members.
• Monitoring squads’ productivity metrics.

This duty can be assigned starting from level E4.
